Today I have an super yummy recipe to share with you. It is so easy and only has three ingredients. It is perfect for game-day food, a brunch with some friends, or a holiday party appetizer.
Yesterday I made these to take to a MOPS meeting. Even though I don’t get a chance to attend the meetings very often, I love hanging out with these mommas! I got to sit by one of the mentor moms, Sarah Smith, who happens to be one of my writers for Mosaic of Moms. She snapped this pic and said, “I am having coffee with Jen!” LOL
Anyway…the recipe…here we go.
What You Will Need:
*1 lb. of hot sausage
*2 cans of croissant dough
*8 oz. of cream cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage. Drain. Return to skillet. Add cream cheese. Stir until melted and mixed. Unroll first can of croissants. Pinch seams together to make a solid sheet. Spread mixture on top of dough. Unroll second can. Pinch ends. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool. Cut into bites with a pizza cutter.
Told ya it was easy! ENJOY!!!
Thank you for coming to the mops group and for bringing food. It was great.
I wish I could come more often. I miss you, ladies!!! (I will be at the next two meetings.)
